Entry level Construction, Training provided to maintain properties FT
We are looking for some people to join our property management team. This will involve lots of home maintenance projects. Light home repairs, cleaning and soon lots of yard maintenance.
To be considered you must:
-Have a running vehicle
-Own basic tools
-Use a smartphone and a reliable computer
-Clear background check
-Be ready to work 5 to 6 days a week, 10 hours a day
There will be 2 to 3 months of training which you will receive $10.00 per hour plus 0.15 per mile
after that you can elect to go onto pay per job were you should expect to earn 18-25 per hour.
