You will play a key role in patient rehabilitation and recovery.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist with Delta Healthcare Providers, you will establish individualized treatment plans for patients according to physicians orders, document their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Additional responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include:
Combining different treatment modalities such as heat/cold therapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound and exercise
Teaching patients how to use devices such as crutches, wheelchairs or prostheses
Helping patients stretch and exercise
Applying traction, massage, paraffin baths and other modalities
Collaborating with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, audiologists and social workers
Job Requirements:
As a Physical Therapist with Delta Healthcare Providers, you must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university. You must also have a valid license to practice Physical Therapy or be eligible to become licensed. New graduates are welcome to apply!
